Our team, operating from the Castledene Group Head Office in County Durham, has a wealth of experience in providing advice on residential opportunities to clients. Where are the properties from?
The properties which we provide our consultancy work upon, are generally off-market; Many are discounted below market value (to encourage a quick sale by the client) and importantly they produce very good rental yields of between 7% -14%, with good potential for future increases in value.
